Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Snow Touch Holidays. By booking any travel package, transportation, hotel stay, or other services through our website or representatives, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Hotel Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in and check-out times are strictly as per the hotel policies.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve additional charges as per hotel rules.
  • Guests must follow all hotel policies during their stay.

2. Meals Policy

  • Meal timings must be followed as per the schedule provided by the hotel.
  • Meals will be served according to the hotel’s menu, either Buffet or A-La-Carte.
  • Any un-availed meals will not be refunded or adjusted.

3. Child Policy

  • Children below 6 years are complimentary when staying in the parents’ room without an extra bed.
  • Milk, special food, or other requirements for infants or children below 6 years will be charged and must be paid directly at the hotel.

4. Hotel Standards in Remote Destinations

In some tourist destinations, hotel facilities and services may not match those of developed cities. Hotels in such locations are categorized based on location, available services, and costing rather than standard star categories (1*, 2*, 3*, etc.).

5. Service Availability

  • Guests can avail only those services mentioned in the booking confirmation voucher.
  • Any additional services, upgrades, add-ons, or changes will be chargeable.
  • Pick-up or drop locations other than those mentioned in the package may incur additional costs.

6. Transport & Transfers

  • All transfers must be followed according to the schedule provided by the transporters.
  • If customers miss their transport service, alternative arrangements may incur extra charges.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by heavy traffic, vehicle technical faults, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such unforeseen scenarios, additional costs may be applicable.

7. Third-Party Services

Snow Touch Holidays is not responsible for any changes or issues caused by third-party providers such as hotels, transport companies, airlines, or bus operators.

8. Travel Documents

  • Guests must carry their confirmation voucher, ID proof, and tickets (Volvo/Flight etc.) if included in the package.
  • The confirmation voucher contains important details such as hotel information, cab details, and service contact numbers.
  • Customers must carefully review the confirmation voucher and report any errors within 24 hours of issuance.

Advance Booking Policy

  • 30% of the total package cost must be deposited in advance to confirm the booking.
  • For bookings made more than 30 days before travel, we may accept 20% as a token booking amount.
  • This policy does not apply to instant bookings (within 7 days), luxury packages, group tours, or packages above ₹50,000.
  • In such cases, 70% advance payment is required at the time of booking.

The initial 20% payment will be treated as a non-refundable token amount. The remaining advance amount must be cleared at least 30 days before the travel date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking.

The remaining package amount must be paid on arrival (first day of the tour).


Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No contract exists between Snow Touch Holidays and the client until the initial deposit is received.
  • If a customer cancels the booking before 15 days of the travel date, cancellation charges will apply.
  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or message.
  • If cancellation occurs within 15 days of travel date or in case of No-Show, up to 50% advance payment may be non-refundable.
  • The 25% token advance is non-refundable but can be adjusted for future travel within 6 months (subject to season availability).

Complimentary services, if not provided, cannot be claimed in the form of cash or alternative services.


Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)

  • Customers wishing to prepone or postpone travel dates must inform us at least 15 days before the journey date via email or SMS.
  • One change is allowed without additional charges if informed within the specified time.
  • Any second change may attract additional charges.
  • Hotels, transporters, or other service providers may apply rescheduling charges.
  • Services and costs are subject to availability and seasonal changes.
  • No changes will be accepted within 15 days of the travel date except in rare cases such as strikes or extreme weather conditions.
  • Advance payments remain valid for rescheduling for up to 1 year from the payment date.
  • The booking and invoice number are transferable to friends or relatives provided the above conditions are met.
